The mulch delivery guy left a pile in my driveway instead of the backyard

I paid extra for backyard delivery, but the driver just dumped it by the street. Now I have to move it all myself, which is a HUGE hassle. Does this happen often?

Ugh, the worst part is how it gets tracked everywhere after! You clean the driveway, then find bits of mulch inside for weeks. Why does it keep showing up in the weirdest places?
