Right, so your cousin is basically saying he hates a pizza he's never even tried. That's like saying you hate skateboarding because you saw a guy eat it once.

and that's exactly it, people make up their minds about stuff they've never actually experienced all the time. it's like saying you hate a whole genre of music because you heard one bad song. your cousin's missing out on possibly good pizza just because of some weird hang up.
