I know everyone swears by the old school 1/2 inch impact for lug nuts, but after trying a newer 3/4 inch electric on a fleet of F-550s, I'm not going back.

What brand of 3/4 inch electric are you guys using?

Yeah, the 3/4 inch electric on the big trucks is a game changer. That extra torque headroom means it doesn't even strain on the rusted-on stuff, and you're not fighting an air hose. Once you get used to the weight, it's just faster.

Totally agree about not fighting the air hose. I had the same thing happen with a set of old dump truck wheels. The 3/4 inch just walked them off where my 1/2 inch gun would have been hammering forever. The weight is a thing, but you get used to it pretty quick. What brand are you running on those F-550s?
