Cracked the case on a persistent low power complaint
Turns out the MAP sensor was coated in soot, giving false readings. A quick clean and it ran like new.

Cleaning that sensor is just a temporary fix, it'll get dirty again.

Constant sensor cleaning was a headache for me too. My camera would get dust spots after every outing. I started using a lens pen to gently brush it off before storing. Now I only do a wet clean every few months. Isn't it better to have a routine that keeps it cleaner longer?

Routine cleaning is smart, but @jake189 has a point about it being temporary. What really helped me was changing how I handle lens swaps. I always turn the camera off, point the body down, and do it fast in a clean spot. That cut down on dust way more than just cleaning after. It's about keeping the junk out in the first place.
