Spent $150 on a fancy 'silence blanket' for my snoring and it actually made things worse

My wife convinced me to buy this weighted blanket that's supposed to stop snoring by keeping you on your back. I dropped $150 on it from a website ad, used it for three nights. The thing just slid off me and bunched up at the foot of the bed, then I woke up with a sore neck. She ended up sleeping on the couch anyway. Anyone else try one of these or found a real fix that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

We bought one of those memory foam wedges that claim to keep you propped up, cost us about $90 and it just slid sideways every time I rolled over. My wife finally just gave up and bought earplugs from the drugstore for eight bucks, which worked better than any of the expensive stuff. Sometimes the simple answers are the ones you don't want to admit.

have you tried a wedge pillow yet? @jakeb25 is right, the cheap drugstore earplugs are the real mvp, but i swear by a body pillow to keep me from rolling onto my back, costs like 20 bucks at target and works way better than those fancy scams.
