Got roasted in my writing group for using the same 3 prompts every week, what do you all do to keep prompt ideas fresh?

I run a small writing group here in Dayton that meets every other Tuesday, and last week one of the regulars flat out said my prompts were getting stale. She pointed out that for 6 weeks straight I'd leaned on variations of the same "write about a lost object" idea because it always got people going. At first I was annoyed, but she was right, and half the group nodded along. So now I'm trying to build a better rotation before our next meetup, mixing in photo prompts and first-line starters instead of reusing my old favorites. How do you keep your prompt list from going in circles, especially if you run a group?
