Serious question, what do you do when a perm doesn't take?
The curls fell out after the first wash.

Yeah, a weak solution is basically just expensive water.

My cousin went to that SuperCuts over in Milltown one time (big mistake, honestly) and her perm came out totally limp, like it never even happened. She had to go back and they basically said her hair was too healthy for the chemicals to stick (which sounds made up, but who knows). Ended up just chopping it all off into a pixie cut out of pure frustration, and honestly it looked way better in the end. Whole thing was a mess but it got her to stop trying to force curls for a few years.
