Rant: the bride's sister showed up 40 min late to her trial run and I had to rush a full updo
I was at the salon on 5th Street last Saturday with three clients stacked back to back when she walked in 40 minutes late with soaking wet hair, so I had to blow dry and set a full updo in 25 minutes flat. The curls came out uneven at the back and the bride saw it, though she tipped me anyway. How do you all handle latecomers without blowing up the whole schedule?
