Last Sunday I finally finished a full packer brisket in my $30 offset smoker, and just as I pulled it off, my lab tackled the cutting board and sent half of it flying across the patio. Salvaged enough for tacos and a sandwich, but honestly, the texture was tender enough that my wife said it was worth another try. Anyone else have a pet wreak havoc right at the finish line?
