The 4 a.m. gym regular who smells like a bar in Columbus

I've been going to this 24hr gym in Columbus for like 2 years now. There's this guy who shows up every single day at 4am, does his whole workout, leaves at 5:30. Fine, I respect the grind. But last week I got stuck on the treadmill next to him and he reeked of stale beer and cigarettes. Not like a little, I mean my eyes were watering. I said something to the front desk guy and he goes 'oh yeah, he works the night shift at a bar downtown, been doing this for 6 months'. So the dude basically sleeps 2 hours and works out drunk-ish. And honestly? I kinda respect it more than the people who talk about their perfect routines all day. Has anyone else seen this kind of thing and just stopped judging people's weird fitness schedules?
