My portable power station died mid-job yesterday and cost me $400
I was pressure washing a two-story house in Phoenix yesterday and my Jackery unit just shut off after 15 minutes. It was fully charged the night before and showed 100% on the display when I started. Ended up having to reschedule the job and give the customer a $50 discount for the inconvenience. Took it apart when I got home and found a swollen battery cell, definitely a factory defect. Now I'm looking at spending $400 on a replacement since the warranty ran out 2 months ago. Has anyone else had these lithium units fail on them without warning?

That's rough, I had a similar issue with a Goal Zero unit once.
