Just thinking about how conspiracy debates felt different a decade ago
We used to swap weird theories for laughs and nobody took it personally. Now I see friends get blocked over simple disagreements online. Is there any way to bring back the old vibe without all the drama?

Honestly I remember it being fun but also kind of messy! People would toss around really harmful ideas as jokes and no one pushed back. Now if someone gets blocked, it's often because they're spreading stuff that actually hurts others. The drama stinks, but I'd rather have people care about the truth than just laugh off everything. That old vibe was partly because we didn't see how bad some theories could get.
