Finally got my bench setup to where I can swap a motherboard in under 20 minutes

I used to have all my drivers in a big plastic bin, but after a job in Phoenix last month where I spent 45 minutes just looking for a specific Torx bit, I bought a $40 magnetic rail system and now everything is right in front of me, so what's the one small change that's saved you the most time on a standard repair?

Switched to a magnetic parts tray for screws. Used to waste so much time chasing dropped screws or trying to remember which screw came from where. Now they all just stick to the tray in order. Saves a few minutes per job, but it adds up and keeps me from getting frustrated.

But @danielb43, what about non-magnetic screws?

Honestly, the "non-magnetic screws" thing reminds me of when I was putting together some cheap furniture. Tried using a magnetic tip on the driver and the screws just wouldn't stick, they were some weird coated metal. Ended up having to hold each one in place with my fingers and it took forever.
