Went to my local shop in Tulsa and the back issue bins were gone

Stopped by my comic shop in Tulsa last Saturday and half the store is now Funko Pops and manga. The long boxes I dug through for 12 years are down to four. Owner said back issues don't move anymore, so he cleared them out for shelf space. I get it, rent is rent, but that was where I found my first X-Men. Anyone else seeing their pull shop shift away from singles?
