The comic shop employee who graded my pull list like a final exam

Last Saturday I brought my pull list into a comic shop in Portland, and the guy behind the counter actually wrote little letter grades on each title with a red pen. He gave me a B minus for picking up a tie-in issue of a crossover I didn't start, and an F for keeping three copies of the same variant because I thought the cover art looked cool. He said, and I quote, 'Your collection lacks narrative discipline.' I stood there holding a paper bag from the 7-Eleven next door and just laughed for about a minute. Has anyone else gotten unsolicited criticism from a shop employee about their buying habits, or do I need to find a new store?

Tell him to grade my 7-Eleven bag next, that's where the real art lives.

Pop Tarts have been sitting in my glovebox since September and nobody's graded them yet. @verar21, I think the 7-Eleven bag would just get a participation trophy for holding a sad sandwich and a melted Snickers. Unless we're grading structural integrity of the plastic handles, then sure, it's a masterpiece. Maybe the real art is ignoring the whole grading thing and just eating the bag lunch.
