I dropped $120 on a burr grinder and honestly the $20 blade one was fine for how I drink it
Everyone acts like a blade grinder is a crime, but I've been drinking coffee for 15 years and could not taste the difference at 6am with a splash of milk in it. My sister in Bellingham finally convinced me to upgrade, and now I'm out $120 and grinding beans twice as long for the same cup. What am I actually supposed to be tasting that I'm missing here?
