Appreciation post: A camping trip changed my mind on instant coffee

I used to think instant coffee was just bad, like for when you're desperate. But last month, on a camping trip, a friend brought some fancy instant stuff. I mean, I tried it and idk, it was actually really smooth and tasty. Maybe it's just me, but now I see it has its place for quick mornings. I even bought a jar for my pantry, which I never thought I'd do.
