Warning: rice goes bad way faster than the bag says, and I found out the hard way
Bought a 20 lb bag for $18 at the Asian market on 4th and it got bugs in 2 months, apparently white rice only keeps 1 to 2 years even sealed. Now I freeze it 3 days first, anyone else do this or am I wasting freezer space?
