Had $9 burning a hole in my pocket on Tuesday near the downtown bus stop, so I skipped the shiny spot that just opened on 3rd and went to Carlos's cart by the hardware store. Got 3 al pastor tacos with extra pineapple and a horchata for $8.50, and it beat the $9 single plate I tried there last month by a mile.
