Yeah I started doing something similar. Just a piece of toast makes a huge difference, I don't feel all shaky halfway through.

Patriciap52, does the type of carb matter or is it just about having something in your stomach. I switched from a banana to half a bagel because the sugar crash was real. Maybe it's more about slow release energy for steady work.
