Got into it with a guy at the lumber yard in Tulsa over crown molding miters, who's actually wrong here
He said coping every inside corner is the only way real trim guys do it, and I said a tight miter with a back cut holds fine on painted poplar. Curious what the rest of you run into on a basic 3 inch crown job.
