That week I bombed 3 job interviews because my camera was terrible

Last week I had interviews with 3 different companies and I'm pretty sure I blew all of them because my webcam is this old 720p Logitech from 2015. The lighting in my apartment makes me look like a ghost and the audio cuts out every few minutes. One recruiter even asked if I was calling from a submarine. Has anyone else had bad tech ruin their chances like this?
