I just found out most people think 'cancel culture' is a problem
I saw a poll from the Pew Research Center that said 58% of Americans think it's a big deal. I always thought it was mostly online noise, but that's a solid majority. Has anyone else been surprised by a stat like that?

Wait, they only asked Americans? That changes the whole thing for me. The internet is global, so a poll from one country can't capture the full picture. I bet the numbers would look very different if they asked people in other places. It feels like calling it a "majority" is missing a huge piece of the story.

What exactly are they calling a problem here? Most people I know just call it getting called out for being a jerk.
