Hit 1,000 shutter replacements last week - watch for stripped screws

I just passed the 1,000 mark on shutter replacements for Canon Rebels. About 200 of those had the tiny screw heads strip out because people use the wrong size JIS bit. Check your tool kit before you wreck another mirror box.

@jordan_anderson90 that T3 story hits close to home, I've seen guys snap the whole mirror box tab off trying to wrestle a stripped screw. If you ever get one stuck, a drop of superglue on the bit can save you from drilling into the frame.

Oh man, I had a buddy who learned this the hard way. He tried swapping a shutter on an old Rebel T3 and used a standard Philips bit instead of a JIS one. That screw stripped out so bad he had to drill the head off, and then he accidentally nicked the mirror box frame with the drill bit. Ended up having to order a whole new mirror box assembly because the frame was warped. Took him like three extra hours just to fix one stupid screw.
