The adjuster who told me to just wait it out, 9 months later still waiting
I had a QME exam back in March in Fresno and the report finally came back in June. My lawyer sent it to the claims adjuster the same week, and since then it's been radio silence. I called last Tuesday and the adjuster said, "We're still reviewing the medical findings," which is the exact same line she gave me back in April. I get that they're busy, I really do, but 9 months with no treatment change or payment update feels like they're hoping I just give up. Has anyone else had a QME report sit for this long, and did you have to file a petition to force things along?
