Physical therapist at Kaiser told me I was faking my shoulder pain

Guy literally said "if it really hurt you wouldn't be able to lift that clipboard" while I was holding a workers comp form in my other hand. Has anyone else had a doctor or therapist just decide your injury isn't real based on one random movement?

My buddy Sam had a pinched nerve in his back for like 8 months. Three different doctors all told him it was just stress and to do yoga. Finally a fourth one ordered an MRI on a whim and found a cyst pressing on his spine.
