Spent 4 hours chasing a faucet drip in my rental in Boise, turned out to be one $1.09 O-ring
Took apart the whole cartridge twice and even watched a 22 minute video from some plumber in Ohio. Finally found a hairline crack in the O-ring at the base, swapped it out, done in 5 minutes. The part cost me $1.09 at a True Value on Fairview. Anyone else ever rebuild something three times before checking the cheapest part first?
