TIL my old cut glove was why my grip kept slipping on the slicer
A rep from the restaurant supply shop on 5th came by last Tuesday to look at our deli slicer. He watched me work for 10 minutes and said my cut glove was 2 sizes too big, so the mesh kept sliding on my palm. He handed me a snug one from his van and my grip felt locked in right away. Three years of blaming the blade and it was the glove the whole time. Anybody else size down on their cut gloves or is it just me?
