Vent: My paper complaint log is beating digital tools for me
A lot of people use software for customer feedback, but I write it all in a NOTEBOOK. This lets me spot common troubles and sort them out FAST. What do you use to keep track?

My buddy swore by his spreadsheet until his notebook caught a billing pattern his software missed.

Heard on a productivity podcast that handwriting stuff makes your brain process it differently. Something about the physical act helping you remember and connect ideas better than typing. That might be why spotting those repeating problems feels faster on paper. Makes total sense for sorting through messy feedback.
