My old boss in Dayton said fire clients like bad calls, and it took me 3 months to get it
Sat down with my old captain Ray last month, he runs a landscaping crew now. He said he fires one client every spring, and last year it was a guy who nickel and dimed him on a $2,400 job for six weeks. I used to keep every customer no matter what because I was scared of an empty schedule. Now I'm wondering which one of mine needs to go. How do you know when a client is costing you more than they pay?
