The librarian in Tulsa who flipped through my bujo and said 'this is just a planner'
I was sitting at a table in the Tulsa library last month working on my weekly spread when an older woman sat down across from me and asked what I was doing. I showed her my journal and she flipped through about 20 pages of habit trackers and to-do lists before handing it back and saying it looked like a planner with extra steps. At first I was a little annoyed, but then I realized she was right about one thing: I had stopped using it to actually write anything down and was just coloring boxes. So I added a simple two line brain dump at the bottom of every daily log, and it made the whole thing feel useful again. Curious if anyone else has had a stranger say something about their setup that stuck with you way longer than it should have?
