My grocery bill dropped from $210 to $138 in 3 weeks after I moved my ADHD meds to the top of the fridge
I used to walk into Kroger and buy whatever looked good because I forgot what I already had at home. I started taking a phone pic of my fridge before I leave for the week and writing a list on a sticky note stuck to my debit card, so I have to peel it off to pay. Last month at the Dayton Ave Kroger I spent $138 total across four trips instead of my usual $210. Anyone else use a weird physical reminder to stop the impulse buys?
