Shoutout to the guy on the bus in Lisbon who changed my packing game
He saw me struggling with my huge backpack and said, 'If you can't carry it up a hill for 15 minutes, you brought too much.' I've since cut my stuff down to just a 28L bag for a two-week trip. What's the one thing you used to pack that you now always leave at home?

I used to pack three pairs of jeans for every trip. Now I just bring one, they take up so much room.
