Dropped $340 on a 6-week "AI side hustle" course from a guy in Tampa with 400k followers, and the only real lesson was how to sell the course
80 videos of fluff and a private Discord where the only people making money were the ones who already had an audience before they joined, so now I want to know: what's the dumbest thing you paid for that you could've learned free on YouTube in a weekend?

Paid $200 for a dropshipping course in 2019 that was literally just a guy reading Shopify's own help docs out loud. Everything he taught was on YouTube for free, and the only "secret" was spending more on ads than you make back for the first few months. Do a free weekend of research first, then only pay if you need someone to hold you accountable.
