Trying to get my license switched over after moving to Sacramento took two full months of lunch breaks, all because the clerk never mentioned they only accept black ink on the residency form. An 82 year old guy in line finally told me, and I got approved in 15 minutes the next day. Has anyone else had a government office reject them over something this small?
