Dropped $600 on a used pressure washer for my side hustle, my boss said it was a waste
My boss laughed when I showed up with a $600 used pressure washer I bought to handle some side jobs on weekends, said I was throwing money at a hobby that would never pay off. Six weeks later I had earned back about $1,400 in weekend work, mostly driveways and fences around my neighborhood. Was he wrong to doubt me, or did I just get lucky with the timing?
