My latest bind had me waiting weeks for the paste to dry

Some say this slow method makes a stronger book, while others think fast glue does the job just fine. I'm torn between taking my time or getting things done quicker. How do you handle drying times in your projects?

Slow drying always leads" is right, but my impatient hands never listen. I rushed a cookbook bind last month and now page six lives in my soup. @margaret_rodriguez has the right idea waiting it out for stuff you actually use, unlike my sad, splash-stained recipe collection.

Tried both ways, but waiting usually gives me a sturdier finish. The extra time pays off for books I use a lot.
