Dropped $120 on a wooden insert for my Gloomhaven box and I kind of hate it

Everyone in my group told me foam inserts were trash and wood was the only way to go, so I spent $120 on one for my Gloomhaven box last month. Now setup takes 20 minutes because every tile has its own tiny slot and the lid doesn't even close all the way. My $25 foam setup did the same job in half the time. Am I the only one who thinks these fancy wooden organizers are overpriced? What's your actual setup look like?
