Hit 100 customer returns in one shift last weekend and I was actually proud of it

Most of them were from people who bought the wrong size online and I saved them the hassle of fighting with the return system, so does that make me a bad worker for celebrating that number?

Hell yeah, that's a win for the customers who actually needed help.

Started tracking the most common return reasons on a sticky note at my station and realized 80% of our returns were size issues. So I added a quick size chart reference card to the packing line and started including it in every apparel order. Cut our returns by like a third in two months and customers seemed way less frustrated when they did have to bring stuff back.

Yeah that's a real win for the customers who needed help" is a weird way to put it. You literally helped them avoid a headache, that's not a bad thing at all. Proud of hitting 100 returns is kinda funny but it shows you actually care about people getting what they need.
