Finally got a regular to stop asking for a 'medium' when we only have one size

I mean, we've had the same three cup sizes for years, but this one guy would always just say 'medium' and then get confused. I started holding up the actual 16oz cup and saying 'this one?' and after maybe two weeks, he just started ordering a 'large' instead. Anyone else have a simple thing customers just can't seem to get right?

That's actually a medium at most places though.

I used to just point at the cup sizes on the menu board when someone said "medium." Like @danielmason said, it's different everywhere, so you gotta show them. Took a few tries but they usually get it.
