That Tuesday the boss's brother shadowed me for 8 hours in Boise

Had to babysit the owner's nephew last month, the guy showed up in brand new work boots and proceeded to stand directly in the only patch of shade while I hauled 40 bags of mulch. Every hour he'd say 'my uncle says we should try it different' about a technique I've used for 6 years without a single complaint. He knocked over a full wheelbarrow around 2pm and just laughed, didn't even offer to grab a shovel. Anyone else get stuck 'mentoring' someone who's clearly just there to collect a paycheck and annoy you?
