My boss made me redo 40 labels because he didn't like the font spacing

Last Thursday I spent 3 hours reformatting a batch of shipping labels in Denver because the boss said the kerning looked 'unprofessional', then he printed them on the wrong paper size and blamed me, has anyone else had a manager fix something that was never a problem in the first place?

Honestly sounds like the boss was the one who needed the redo, not the labels.
