Just realized my boss counts 'looking busy' as a skill and I've been bad at it on purpose
We had a review at the warehouse in Gary last week and my supervisor gave me a 3 out of 5 on "workplace presence" because I don't walk around with a clipboard. The guy who got a 5 spends 20 minutes a shift printing labels nobody reads and somehow that counts as effort. I've been actually moving pallets this whole time and getting dinged for it. How do you fake looking busy without feeling like a total fraud?
