I finally stopped trusting my boss's "quick call" after one ate 3 hours of my Friday
He said it would take 10 minutes to sort out the schedule mix-up but I ended up rebuilding the whole shift sheet in Excel by hand. Now I just say "send it in writing" and somehow the calls got way shorter, has anyone else pulled that one?
