My brother in law brought his new girlfriend to Easter dinner and she asked if we were 'always this quiet'
So this happened two Sundays ago at my mom's place in Saco, about 14 of us crammed around one table. My brother in law shows up with a girlfriend none of us had met, which was already a lot, and she starts asking why nobody talks during the meal. My mom nearly choked on her ham and my uncle just stared at his plate for a solid minute. Then she pulled out her phone and started filming the table for her story, and my dad actually got up and went to the garage. Do you say something to her or just let her figure it out on her own?
