Saw a guy in Wichita torque every cannon plug by hand feel, and my calibrated wrench ego took a hit
I watched him do it for 2 hours on a King Air and not one pin backed out over 300 hours. Am I nuts for thinking feel beats the book here, or does anyone else check them his way?

Feel is literally all some of these old heads use and they never have problems. Torque spec has its place but hand feel on a cannon plug is not a sin.
