Took me 4 hours to diagnose a loose ground wire on a 2005 F-150
Honestly spent all Saturday chasing a weird intermittent misfire on a customer's truck, swapped coils and plugs, even checked fuel pressure. Turned out it was just a dirty ground connection under the battery tray, took me forever to spot. Has anyone else wasted a whole day on something this stupidly simple?

That "dirty ground connection" thing is a classic example of how we all overthink stuff because we expect the problem to be complicated. In my experience, the simplest explanation is usually the right one, whether it's a car or something in your house like a flickering light. It's funny how we'll tear apart a whole system before checking the one little thing that's always the most likely to fail.
