Warning about the frame rack at that shop on 5th

Stopped by a buddy's shop in Columbus last Friday to borrow his puller and noticed his frame rack measurements were off by almost 3/16 on the left rail because the chain was binding on a bent anchor pin, has anyone else caught alignment issues from worn rack hardware before it messed up a unibody job?
