That time my buddy swore by the 'wet sock' trick for poison ivy
He said to rub wet socks with baking soda on the rash before bed, and after 3 nights of that in Ohio last summer, I woke up with less itching but a weirdly clean pair of socks - has anyone else tried something this random that actually worked?

Kinda work" is carrying a lot of weight there. These hacks are often better than the official way.
