My barber's 3-word rule for haircuts actually changed how I give feedback at work
Last month at Frank's Barber Shop on 5th Ave, he said 'less is more' after I asked for something wild, and I laughed it off. But when I used that same line to trim a coworker's 20-slide deck down to 6, they actually thanked me for it. Has anyone else had a random offhand comment from a service person stick with them like that?

Real talk, that barber probably dropped that line on 20 guys that week, but you twisted it into something useful, which is the actual skill here.
